PLASMA RINGS PRIVACY POLICY

Plasma Rings does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
Information stored on your device
Plasma Rings uses your browser's local storage to remember game information and preferences between visits. This may include:
- Audio settings, including whether music and sound effects are enabled.
- Ring appearance choices, such as colors and thickness.
- Game statistics, including levels started, won, skipped, restarted, and undos used.
- Random player and session identifiers used for anonymous gameplay statistics.
This information remains in your browser unless it is included in an anonymous gameplay event described below. You can remove locally stored information by clearing site data in your browser.
Anonymous gameplay information
The game may send limited gameplay events to the Plasma Rings server so we can understand reliability and improve level design. These events may include:
- A randomly generated player identifier and session identifier.
- Level starts, wins, skips, restarts, and undo usage.
- Level number, reactor count, rings per reactor, and cumulative game totals.
- Whether music and sound effects are enabled.
- The date and time of the event.
These identifiers are not intended to identify you personally and are not tied to a Plasma Rings account.
Technical information
Like most online services, the hosting server may automatically receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested page, response status, and request time. This information may be used for security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and service operation.
Advertising and external links
Plasma Rings may display an advertisement or link to GroupBoard. Selecting an external link opens another website, which operates under its own privacy policy. Plasma Rings does not control how an external website handles information after you leave the game.
How information is used and shared
Information described in this policy may be used to operate and secure the game, preserve preferences, measure gameplay, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve Plasma Rings.
We do not sell personal information collected through Plasma Rings. Information may be processed by hosting or infrastructure providers that help operate the game, or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate abuse, or defend the service.
Data retention
Local game information remains on your device until you clear it. Server-side gameplay and technical records may be retained for as long as reasonably needed for analytics, security, troubleshooting, legal compliance, and service improvement.
Children's privacy
Plasma Rings is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us so the concern can be reviewed.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as Plasma Rings changes. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are made.
